For anyone that lives in Toronto, it's not secret that the city has an issue with raccoons and the green compost bins. There has been multiple iterations of the locking mechanisms on these bins to keep the masked critters out just to give an idea on war that has been going on.
I think the idea of a city fending off these guys is hilarious.
